The Science Advisory Group (SAG) Effects Analysis for the Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement (SDEIS) Alternatives draft document, dated March 2000, is available for public viewing and downloading. This draft document has not been published. It is an administrative record on file with the project. This evaluation was used by the EIS Team to compile chapter 4, Environmental Consequences, for the Supplemental Draft EIS dated March 2000.
