Instructions for Viewing and/or Downloading
the Economic and Social Conditions of Communities Report

The Economic and Social Conditions of Communities report is available for public viewing and downloading as an Adobe Acrobat PDF (portable document format) file. In order to view and print PDF files, you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your PC. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader v3.0 installed on your computer, this software is available free of charge from the Adobe Home Page which can be accessed by clicking on the icon below.

Note about Adobe Acrobat Reader: Acrobat Reader allows you to view documents on the web through a browser. It also allows you to view documents without connecting to the Internet once you have downloaded a PDF file, to your personal computer.

The PDF file for the Economics and Social Conditions of Communities report is approximately five megabytes with all maps, figures, and tables embedded within. At the bottom of each page is a table of contents button which when selected will send you to the table of contents of the report. There is also a left arrow and a right arrow which allows you to move to the previous and next page, respectively.
